| Little Hands Playhouse was established to provide an online store where childcare providers and parents can find quality educational toys as well as safety gear, that they can use for their homes. Little Hands Playhouse was founded by Linda Gomes and Heather Schaefer, mother and daughter. Linda Gomes , was the safety coordinator for the Insurance Women of American for numerous year. She was responsible of creating safety cities that were set-up at malls and schools in the San Jose, CA area. These cities allowed children to ride bicycles around and practise safety while around busy streets and other scenarios. Heather Schaefer, a mother and a childcare provider, noticed while starting in the childcare field, that there was a need for one stop shop for daycare providers. Thus, they created Little Hands Playhouse. |
